Product lifetimes are increasingly prominent in discussions concerning sustainability, particularly in the context of the circular economy, resource efficiency, waste reduction and climate change. A growing number of academic researchers, businesses, think tanks, government bodies and policy stakeholders are interested in understanding the effect that product longevity has on environmental, economic and social sustainability.

This international conference is coming to Ireland for the first time, with previous events taking place in Nottingham, Delft, and Berlin. Limerick University will be holding a virtual conference on 26^th, 27^th and 28^th May 2021. Businesses, academia, NGOs and public bodies are all invited to attend this event.
