As part of Local Enterprise Week 2022, “Demystifying the Circular Economy: Food Sector Focus” will provide an overview of the circular economy and circular business models. The audience will gain an insight into how to innovate and think differently across the supply chain.

Geraldine Boylan and Alex Fintoni, the external experts who helped with the Action Plan, will talk about circular business models and innovation across the supply chain. They will outline case studies and discuss pain points and challenges during the CE transition. The event will culminate with a discussion about where to start and how to embed CE thinking.
