The Environmental Protection Agency has launched a challenge called “Innovating for Soft Plastic in a Circular Economy” under Enterprise Ireland’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) programme.

Our challenge focuses on reducing/eliminating soft plastic waste generated through the provision of school meals in Ireland.

The SBIR programme creates a unique opportunity to connect public sector bodies with small businesses to provide innovative solutions to societal problems. The process followed is a pre-procurement process to contract for research & development for innovative solutions. Deadline for applications is Wednesday 19th August 2020 by 12pm (noon) and all queries on our challenge can be sent to us through eTenders.
